As Director of Marketing and Training, Cynthia manages the firm's extensive training program, which includes our state-wide Employment Relations Consortiums, customized workshops, conference participation and workbook sales. She is also responsible for the firm's website, www.lcwlegal.com, marketing material and newsletter production.
As a member of the management staff, Cynthia contributes to LCW's long and short-range strategic plans. Since joining the firm in 1998, she has helped grow ERC participation to over 550 agencies, assisted in the development of the firm's internal orientation process and established the annual LCW Employment Law Conference.
Before joining the firm, Cynthia worked in community outreach for a southern California hospital and prior to that was an Assistant Dean of Students for Heidelberg College in Tiffin, Ohio.
